An all-female hackathon I started at NIC Karachi. 200+ teams and still going.
ParrotCV
An AI CV builder that interviewed you by voice. Built it end to end, then shut it down.
Marketing at FI
Startup bootcamps
Designed and launched FI's paid bootcamps, then ran the full funnel: paid, landing pages, email, and content. Across regional markets like Canada, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
LinkedIn growth
Built a content engine for the FI page: hook frameworks, formats, and a posting cadence. Grew it from 70K to 125K followers.
From 2.8 to 4.3 on Trustpilot
FI's public Trustpilot rating sat at 2.8, low enough to scare off founders before they ever reached an enrollment page. I built an internal system that got grads and community members leaving honest reviews at the moments they were happiest with the program, and took the score to 4.3.

Built the organic engine from scratch, mostly LinkedIn with Twitter and Meta ads alongside. Rebuilt the strategy around weekly founder education instead of company news, taking the page past 1M impressions a year and 72,000 engagements and growing it to roughly 125,000 followers. Built custom GPTs for founders used 10k+ times, and ran the 15 year anniversary campaign end to end.
